Enrollment Criteria

All new students must take part in pre-screening assessments as part of the enrollment process.  Pre-screening assessments will help to determine the student’s academic skills and placement in our school.

 

Pre-K:

All students entering Pre-3 must be three years old at the start of the school year. All preschool students must be potty trained. A prescreening evaluation at this age would include verbal and social skills.

Full tuition scholarship available to every preschool student.

Kindergarten:

Children entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old by August 1st of the year of admittance. A prescreening evaluation at this age would include academic, verbal, and social skills.

First Grade:

Children entering First Grade must be 6 years old by August 1st of the year of admittance. A prescreening evaluation at this age would include academic, verbal, and social skills.

New Students all grades:

Children entering Bethlehem from another school will be given a screening test to determine academic skills prior to enrollment. Parents of transfer students will need to sign a “Transfer of Records” request to have records sent. Bethlehem requests any and all past academic and discipline records.  Birth certificates and immunization records will also be required while the school is waiting on the official “Transfer of Records.”
