About Us

Welcome to Bethlehem Lutheran School!

Bethlehem Lutheran School believes that children are a precious gift from God, and as such, we, in partnership with parents, work together to foster Christ-like qualities in all we pursue: spiritual growth, academic excellence, physical, emotional and social development.

Bethlehem Lutheran School is an integral part of the ministry of Bethlehem Lutheran Church of Fairborn, which is a member of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod. Our mission is to assist and support parents in their God-given vocation of raising children in the nurture and discipline of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4). Parents who desire a strong partner in the vocation will find an important ally in Bethlehem Lutheran School and Church.

Bethlehem offers a quality Christian education for children ages 3 through 8th Grade. Bethlehem is committed to maintaining a low student/teacher class ratio to increase the learning experience while enhancing the social aspects of learning. In addition to the core curriculum of science, math, social studies, language arts, and religion, students participate in weekly physical education, art, music or band, library, Spanish, and Life Skills courses.

As a diverse, well-educated, professional team our staff is committed to the total development of our students. We are dedicated servants who carry out the mission of the church through our personal witness and involvement; desiring to be encouragers, who set high academic standards and behavioral boundaries.

We also believe that students in our school need to achieve and grow in areas outside the academic domain. The ability to accumulate, evaluate, and apply information in order to develop problem-solving skills based on Scriptural guidelines is important. We want students to not only develop self-discipline but demonstrate forgiveness and respect for others.

Bethlehem Lutheran School admits students of any race, color, religion, nationality, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. Bethlehem Lutheran School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, or national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletic programs, or other school administered programs.

Bethlehem Lutheran School is committed to offering financial aid packages to help make tuition affordable for all. We are also proud to be an EdChoice Scholarship approved provider. The school office will provide information about all available sources of financial aid during enrollment.
