Tuition can either be paid in full by August 1st or arrangements can be made to pay monthly. Monthly payment arrangements are made through FACTS Tuition Management Company according to the rules, regulations, and procedures established by the company. Detailed information regarding this process is given at the time of enrollment.
After a third attempt to withdraw tuition payments by FACTS (for monthly payments) a student withdrawal notice will be sent to parents. In special cases (with School Board approval) arrangements may be made to re-pay back payments according to a written payment plan signed by both parents and principal.
If tuition debts are not settled/repaid by any of the above actions, the principal will notify the School Board of the debt and, if there are any special or extraordinary circumstances associated with the situation. If there are no special/extraordinary circumstances to be considered, the School Board will authorize the principal to proceed with debt collection through Small Claims Court.
Families who use the Extended Care service are billed by the quarter of an hour at the rate of $5.00 per hour. All extended care is invoiced through Schoolcues. Parents may also pay through SchoolCues using credit or ACH or by cash, check, or money order in the school office. SchoolCues uses Stripe as the vendor but payments are made through Schoolcues. Families who have an Extended Care due balance more than thirty days old will not be allowed to use the service until payment has been made.
